RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from Blume Athletics must be returned or exchanged within 15 days from receiving your order. Any order that is initiated after the 15 day period will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Sale items may be returned for store credit only.

*We offer free return shipping on all orders within the continental United States. International orders and those shipping from Hawaii or Alaska do not receive free return shipping.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival to our Blume Athletics facility. Items must be unworn, unwashed and the original tags must be attached. If products are not in resalable condition, your refund will not be processed.

From the time your package arrives at our warehouse facility, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

If you received an item that is damaged, please immediately email customercare@blumeathletics.com.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We treat exchanges as new orders. You will be charged for the new item using your selected payment method during the Exchange request process. Return the original item within 15 days from when it was received, in its original condition, for a full refund.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival to our Blume Athletics facility. Items must be unworn, unwashed and the original tags must be attached. If products are not in resalable condition, your refund will not be processed.

Blume Athletics offers free exchanges within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. International orders may not be exchanged.

Sale products are not eligible for exchange, but may be returned for store credit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will ship via DHL Express. Any duties imposed by the buyer's country will be calculated and collected at checkout prior to placing the order. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original estimated delivery time.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from Blume Athletcs, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Blume Athletics. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

SHORT ORDERS

Inventory may be subject to availability. Inventory shortages will be reflected on your order status within 3 business days of initial order. During high volume periods, order processing may be delayed. This includes sales and special holidays. If an item on order is no longer available, this item will be removed from your order and a refund will be placed to your account. In this instance you will receive an email indicating the removed style and refund amount. All other items will be maintained and shipped based on standard shipping terms.

 

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us and we care about how your information is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities.

We provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as description, to our international carriers. Order information provided by Blume Athletics may be communicated by the shipping carrier and to customs authorities in order to facilitate clearance and comply with local laws.
